Appointment Policy


Holistic Health is an appointment-only practice personally operated by the practitioner, with intentionally limited capacity.

To ensure you secure your preferred date and time, we strongly recommend booking all appointments 2–3 weeks in advance.

  • Our website displays real-time availability
  • You may also call or text our office for assistance
  • A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment

Because each visit is dedicated to personalized regenerative care, we appreciate your understanding and respect for our concierge model.


Consultations Policy

All consultations are conducted directly by the practitioner. We believe that well-informed clients with realistic expectations achieve the best long-term results.

New Patient / Discovery Consultations

Designed for individuals and families new to the practice, these include:

  • Comprehensive review of:
    • Health history
    • Biomarkers
    • Lifestyle and wearable data
    • Personal goals
  • Education on root-cause care vs. symptom management
  • Overview of personalized treatment options, including:
    • Bioidentical HRT
    • Peptides
    • Stem cell therapy
    • EBOO
    • PRP
    • IV therapies (including procaine)
    • Sexual wellness (P-Shot® / O-Shot®)
    • Natural aesthetics
    • Advanced diagnostics (mold, Lyme, heavy metals)
    • Concierge coaching
  • A fully customized treatment blueprint and action plan

Follow-Up Consultations

For existing patients to monitor progress and optimize results:

  • Updated biomarker and Vitality Score review
  • Protocol adjustments and coaching
  • Targeted discussions on active therapies
  • Ongoing support, troubleshooting, and planning

Consultation fees are discussed transparently during booking.


Cancellation Policy

As an appointment-only practice with limited availability, each session is reserved exclusively for you.

  • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows incur a $100 fee
  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a high standard of care.


Pricing & Prepayments Policy

  • Pricing is subject to change at any time
  • All costs are discussed during consultations or booking

Prepaid Services

  • Must be used within 12 months of purchase
  • Unused credits expire after one year and do not roll over

Memberships

  • Included sessions and credits apply only within the active membership period
  • No rollover of unused benefits

Payment Issues

In cases of:

  • Chargebacks
  • Fraud alerts
  • Declined transactions

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend card privileges
  • Require payment via cash or certified funds

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the highly personalized nature of our services:

  • No refunds are provided after services are rendered

Prepaid Services & Memberships

  • Refundable within 10 days of purchase only if unused
  • After 10 days or once services begin → non-refundable

Additional Notes

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
  • No retail products are sold

All refund requests are reviewed case-by-case at our discretion.


Pet Policy

For safety and health reasons:

  • No pets allowed
  • Only working service animals are permitted

  • Treatments received or provided
  • Travel related to treatments
  • Interactions with other users
  • Violations of this agreement
  • Unauthorized account usage
  • Harm caused by actions or negligence
  • Use or disclosure of user content
  • Violation of intellectual property or other rights
